Topic: What do you think about the web site?

Bill Allen - 7/13/2006 10:20:29 PM This web site is intended to be a "one stop" source of knowledge for writers in Brevard County. An additional goal is to increase the desirability and effectiveness of ads in the Literary Liftoff. When local businesses and writers purchase advertising in the magazine, we will also post like ads on the web site. For best results we need widespread, repeating traffic to the pages of the site. With that goal in mind, please share any thoughts you have for additional content that we may include on the site.

7/30/2006 1:47:40 PM - Mary Brotherton I think that while the other website was very well done, this is an enormous improvement on it. Your hard work shows. I'm most impressed with the addition of a forum for writers. Bravo!

8/6/2006 6:54:49 AM - Athena Sasso The website is very easy to navigate and it's great to have a forum. I have participated, but only a little, in forums on other writing sites, but I think it will be fun to communicate with people I have met. The only thing I don't like (since you asked) is the pink (mauve) color in the graphics and some of the typeface. Now that's picky, huh? I am ridiculously sensitive to things like that. I appreciate your work on this, Bill. It must have taken a lot of your time and expertise to create this great site.

8/22/2006 4:31:54 PM - Bill Allen There are links scattered throughout for contacting various people for various things, but we should have a general contact address. I'll look into that. Also, it has been suggested that I add emails for the board members.
